On Friday, February 22, fourteen members of the club convened at the Peosta Community Center and proceeded to quietly make some noise by assisting with fund-raising efforts at the Paradise in Peosta party.
The Dubuque Phlockers would like to thank Al Ronek, Nancy Ronek, Ladd Nelson, Bill Steppan, Kim Maiers, Randy Forsyth, Bob Noel, Jeff Sanderfield, Chris Sanderfield, Ron Markus, Barb Markus, Jason Bries, Janet Bries and Larry Ewert for contributing their time and resources to this successful project!

At the end of the evening, our group helped raise $1,867 for the Peosta Community Recreational Center and we had this much fun doing it!

Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed a variety of activities along with musical entertainment from Dubuque's Mississippi Band featuring Pirate Over 50!

Our volunteer duties were diverse and very rewarding and included event setup and tear-down, monitoring "the gate", raffle and popcorn sales, and assisting with participant contests. These two are telling you who they want to have join us next year!
