Meeting Minutes – June 21, 2007

The Yardarm

Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.

In Attendance

Ladd Nelson, Bob Noel, Jeff Sanderfield, Chris Sanderfield, Ron Markus, Barb Markus, Laura Schauer, Larry Ewert, Kim Maiers

Old Business

  1. OPH discussions:
    • Bob and Ladd are going to be on several radio stations on this Friday.
    • Raffle ticket sales are going well.
    • Silent auction donation items are also going well.
    • Bob has called Happy Joes about donating a year of pizza deal.
    • Ron will talk with Mark Steuer about the welcome gift at the hotel.
    • Discussion of shuttles. Ladd will contact the out of town people to find out their needs for a shuttle. We will provide the passes at the pick-up points. Markus’ will be at the YardArm to hand out passes.
    • Discussion of Ladd going to some golf courses for donations. Some have already been approached. Discussion of which ones still need contacted.
    • Discussed t-shirt sales during the OPH.
    • Ron will talk with Mark Steuer about the Corona cooler and girls.
    • Rich Fluhr is donating a $50 coupon.
    • Motion by Ladd, second by Ron to budget up to $40 for creating baskets for the silent auction. Motion passed 9-0
  2. Reminder that Friday night is “Jammin-Below-the-Dam” in Bellevue.

New Business

  1. Discussion of what we need to hold back for Music in the Meadows and a possible Dog House fundraiser/party. Ron has some items already ordered for Music in the Meadows.
  2. We were overcharged for the domain name fees. Jeff will contact both companies involved to make sure that this gets reversed.

Motion by Ladd, second by Kim to adjourn. Motion passed 9-0. Meeting adjourned at 8:15pm.
