Meeting Minutes – July 21, 2007

Meeting called to order at 7:12 p.m.

In Attendance

Ladd Nelson, Jeff Sanderfield, Chris Sanderfield, Ron Markus, Barb Markus, Laura Schauer, Gina Noel

Old Business

1. Discussed financials from One Particular Harbour and Paradise In Peosta.
2. Discussed a list of things that we learned from our first annual OPH.

New Business

1. Discussed ideas for our 2008 operating budget.
2. Discussed the August social and business meeting:
   • Motion by Ladd, second by Jeff to hold our August social on the 16th at the Yardarm, and our August business meeting on the 23rd at Midtown. Motion passed 7-0

Motion to adjourn by Ladd, second by Ron. Motion passed 7-0. Meeting adjourned at 7:30pm.
