Meeting Minutes – December 21, 2008

Meeting called to order at 3:30 p.m.

In Attendance

Ron Markus, Jody Bradley, Mike Bradley, Cindy Tucker, Christy Kies, Randy Forsyth, Kim Maiers

Old Business

1. After much discussion on the sponsor levels it was decided Ron would send out an email to the members to get feedback on what the Shirt level should be. With the economy the way it is the thought is 250.00 might be too high. On the other hand as advertising , it would be affordable. Ron will report back.
2. Announced the Mississippi Band with a Pirate Over 50 will headline and Steve Cavanaugh (and Friends) will open. The admission fee will be $10.00 in advance and $12.00 at the door. We need to get the OPH ticket purchase page and the 2009 sponsor/donation page on the web site so we can start to sell the event.
3. The 501c3 application is in the Mail!!

New Business

1. Talked about getting the web site updated with our activities, pictures, and upcoming events. Can we put pictures and bigger links to the events on the main page to spice it up and make navigation easier? We will discuss with Ladd.
