Meeting Minutes – September 17, 2009

Spirits Bar and Grill

Meeting called to order at 6:38 p.m.

Old Business

1. None was discussed.

New Business

1. Discussion on reassigning duties to the board positions. Some of the job descriptions will be divvied up more equally between the board positions. Also discussion on 1 year terms instead of 2. Ron will pick a date and let everyone know.
2. Suggestion was made to make a club birthday card and send it to members, possibly to include a "free drink" coupon to encourage socializing. It may be an e-card or paper... to be decided yet.
3. Everyone introduced themselves as there were several new members in attendence.

• Current balance is $1415

Ron motioned to adjourn, Mike Bradley seconded. Meeting adjourned at 7:22 p.m.
