Meeting Minutes – April 15, 2010

Spirits Bar and Grill

Meeting called to order at 6:35 p.m.

Jan Troy, Barb Markus, Ron Markus, Laura Schauer, Christy Kies, Kim Maier, Mike Bradley, Jody Bradley, Mike Bigelow, Ellen Bigelow, Janet Bries, Jason Bries, Al Ronek

Old Business - OPH Planning Wrap-up

1. Ron needs all names of sponsors so Ron can get the information to the printers. Also need correct spellings, also need values of the products.
2. Comp tickets - added a few for Cumulus Broadcasting in return for the all the extra air time the event has been receiving. Sponsors need to use their comp tickets or give them out so there are not empty tables. The more people the better!
3. Pre-Party - Kim discussed getting a hotel room, will finalize details as they become available.
4. Jody took care of getting the event listed with all the local free advertisers.
5. Wednesday will be basket production at Barb and Ron’s at 6:30.
6. Event timeline discussed, will be detailed further.
7. Games - none but will have hula hoops, limbo bar.

New Business

1. May Social will be OPH
2. May Business Meeting will be May 20, at Spirits.

Mike Bradley made a motion to adjourn at 7:40 p.m. Christy Kies 2nd.
